Foam Cannon Orifice for MTM Hydro PF22.2

Replacement orifices for the MTM Hydro PF22.2 foam cannon, in 1.1, 1.25, 1.5 and 1.7 mm.

The orifice meters how much water passes through the foam cannon, so matching it to your pressure washer is what gets you thick foam. These are replacements for the orifices in the MTM Hydro PF22.2 Professional Foam Cannon Kit, which comes with a 3.5 (1.25 mm) orifice installed and a 3.0 (1.1 mm) orifice. They fit the PF22.2 and may fit other foam cannons, but you will need to confirm fit before ordering for any other type.

How to Choose

The right orifice depends on your machine's PSI as well as its GPM. MTM says higher-flow machines with lower PSI may need a larger orifice. MTM's example: a 2,000 PSI machine at 3.5 GPM needs a 5.0 (1.5 mm) orifice.

MTM says an orifice that is too small for your machine makes the foam cannon start and stop as your unloader slips in and out of bypass, and gives you watery foam. MTM also says its foam cannons will not work with flow-sensing unloaders, which give the same results.
