Shipping policy

All in stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 business hours from the time the order was placed.  Orders are not shipped on weekends. Shipping times are determined and controlled by the shipper and we make no guarantees or issue shipping refunds on orders that are overnight, 2day, 3day, expedited, etc. that arrive outside of the time frame you requested. 

Please understand that in rare cases, some items may be marked in stock, that are actually out of stock.  We will contact you if this occurs for your order to offer a refund if you cannot wait for the item to come in stock again.
