Downstream Injector Kit

A downstream injector kit with a General Pump high draw injector, 3/8" quick connects, 3 feet of poly braid hose and a chemical strainer with check valve, as a DIY kit or ready to use.

This downstream injector kit comes complete. Choose your injector size by your pressure washer's GPM, then choose whether you want to assemble it yourself or have it come assembled and ready to use.

Choose Your Option

• Injector size: 2-3 GPM, 3-5 GPM or 5-8 GPM.
• DIY Kit: the kit comes unassembled, so you can attach your fittings the way you need to according to the arrow on the injector for water flow.
• RTU Assembly: comes assembled and ready to use (includes an assembly fee), with the socket on the inlet and the plug on the outlet, or the plug on the inlet and the socket on the outlet.

Not sure which RTU version? Match the inlet to the quick connect on the end of your pressure hose: if your hose ends in a plug, choose Socket In; if it ends in a socket, choose Plug In.

Important: when attaching your fittings, make sure the arrow is pointing towards your gun. Otherwise, the injector will not draw your chemical. This is the biggest mistake most people make when assembling them.

Order a Backup

Downstream injectors will eventually fail, so be sure to order a backup or two so you can keep on working. As with anything that bleach is run through, there is no warranty or guarantee on how long an injector will last. Backups are very important in this business. You can get a spare General Pump High Draw Downstream Injector.

Stainless Steel Upgrades

Stainless steel injectors are available as an upgrade. They do not come in the kits. The Fixed Stainless Steel Injector comes in 2-3, 3-5 and 5-8 GPM, and the Adjustable Stainless Steel Injector comes in 3-5 GPM.

I personally use the 2.1 mm 3-5 GPM injector on all my machines.
