This is an alkiline based degeraser I have used on concrete for oil stains and it works great. It can be used on a wide variety of surfaces. You cen even use it on brick and limestone, vinyl roofs, granite, EIFS, awnings and more. Will also remove oxidation. But do not mix it with bleach and rinse surfaces and use Belach Neutralizer before applying where bleach wa used. Pay close attention to overspray and keep of usrfaces you don't want it to get on.
How you dilute will vary based on how bad the staining is and the type of surface you are cleaning. With hot water, you can dilute further than with cold water. Heavy oil stains, stained wood – 1:1 to 1:2 for Medium staining, lighter oil stains - 1:3 to 1:10 Light soil / general degreasing - 1:11 to 1:20 Coverage rates will vary from 100 - 250 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the surface porosity, texture and severity of staining.
