I use this check valve on my downstream injectors. It makes your downstream mix a little stronger and helps your injectors last longer. Downstreaming has always been my favorite way to clean. In fact, downstreaming is the original soft wash method. The only time you really need a dedicated soft wash system is to clean roofs, or when the algae on a surface is really black. Downstreaming is the fastest way to clean, because you aren't running two different pieces of equipment, hoses and so on.
