SOFT WASH AIR LEAK REPAIR
Share
This SOFT WASH AIR LEAK REPAIR video post features quick and easy strategies to diagnose and fix it. It's important to be able to fix it on the job to keep you up and running! A customer recently had an air leak in one of his KINGSLINGER SOFT WASH SYSTEM valves. Raymundo was able to help diagnose the location of the leak and repair it. Anywhere that there is a connection, there is always the possibility of an air leak. It usually happens due to using bleach and is especially prone to occur with threaded fittings. At the 3:00 time stamp, Doug explains and change to the system we made three years ago. This change basically reduces the amount of threaded fittings, resulting is fewer air leaks.
SPARE PARTS
No matter what system you use, you must always have spare parts on hand. In addition to air leaks, the pump could blow. So you'll even want to have a spare pump on hand ready to be installed. The last thing you want is to have to wait on parts because then you can not finish the job. So having adequate spare parts is essential for your pressure washing business. One quick and easy fix at the 6:00 time stamp is to remove the check valve that is leaking, and install a plug. Then you still have two active valves that you can use to mix and finish the job. This is only a temporary SOFT WASH AIR LEAK REPAIR that allows you to finish the job until you have more time back at your home or shop. You can also prevent blowing the pump by keeping your regulator pressure gauge in the 90-95 psi range.
