SOFT E SOFT WASH SYSTEM

PORTABLE and LIGHT WEIGHT
This Soft E Soft Wash System video from Doug Rucker features and extensive walk through with various gun spray demonstrations. This is the result of many requests for a portable soft wash system. It would need to be small, light weight, and easily moved in and out of trucks or trailers and into storage. It could be mounted if that is your preference. But the idea is not have it available when necessary, and especially for roof cleaning.
THE STAND
It comes on a stand with a small foot print. It has a flow jet 6 gpm pump. This is the best 12 volt pump I have ever used. It has two 3/4 inch valves. One is for water. The other is for bleach. And I simply add surfactant or soap to my bleach tank. I have never had any need to meter soap. I pretty much always use the same amount of Dougie Fresh and that is what works best for me. The outlet has a banjo fitting so that I can quickly hook hose up it for water supply. You'll notice I purposely do not have any hose reels on my newest commercial trailer set up. I have plenty of free standing hose lengths and can grab and use just what I need for each job.
PLUMBING
Everything is plumbed using uniseals and crush proof hose. Notice I do have a ball valve set up on the bleach valve. I love how this set up works and sprays so smoothly and efficiently. I mainly only use this for commercial projects. I use the Kingslinger Soft Wash System for residential cleaning. The main reason for this is the amount of overspray that SOFT E would produce on residential properties.
GUN SPRAY DEMOS
At approximately 7:00 into the video, check out the various guns I use to demonstrate spray distance and patterns using the Soft E. And if you have any questions whatsoever, please don't hesitate to leave a comment. And check out PressureWashingSchool.com for training opportunities. We provide monthly hands on training in Houston, and an online video school. In addition, we travel and could train virtually through zoom. So just let us know how we can help!
