SERVICE BODY TRUCK BUILD

This SERVICE BODY TRUCK BUILD has a great back story.  A few years ago, I was using a service body truck for my commercial power wash business here in Houston.  Carlos from Atlanta came to my school in Houston and was able to use all the equipment.  He fell in love with it, and had to have one himself.  So in February 2024, we held a three day training event we call "The Difference Makers Conference" in Atlanta.  The next one is in Houston in February, 2025.  Carlos was kind enough to allow us to use his service body truck for the Atlanta training event.  Well, guess what?!  One of our students there, Nelson, also fell in love with it.  And he had to have one as well!  This SERVICE BODY TRUCK BUILD video post is the final walk around prior to pick up and release to Atlanta.

POWER WASH SIDE

The Power Wash Side begins with our 8 GPM Honda Skid Pressure Washer.  It's one of our best selling cold water machines and has a belt drive for long lasting durability.  Then we have the KINGSLINGER SOFT WASH SYSTEM with three valve mixing station.  One of the great things about our builds is that they are all completely custom.  Thus, at the 5:00 time stamp, you'll  see how we even accommodate for Nelson's height for reaching the Kingslinger.  I'm on the shorter side of height myself so I know personally how important this can be.  Notice how even the pull chord is strategically set for quick and easy access.  There is also an 11 gallon gas tank feeding the pressure washer with a 1/4 inch hose.  A small battery provides power for the pressure washer, electric reels, and the Flow Pro Remote.

TANKS AND REELS

At the 8:00 time stamp, you'll notice complete custom plumbing and even venting for bleach tank.  Venting helps prevent gasses causing corrosion to the truck body and equipment.  And we use uniseals to prevent air leaks in the system.  There are two tanks, one for water and the other for bleach.  The water tank has a Topaz Compact Float Valve inside to cut off the flow of water once it's full.  The Flow Pro Remote Bypass System saves a ton of time and energy on every job.  It prevents having to walk back and forth to the truck as you're cleaning.  With just the touch of a button, you can switch from mix for cleaning to rinsing with 100% water.   And finally, he has three electric hannay hose reels.  One is for soft washing, one is garden hose for water, and one is a pressure hose for power washing.  The pressure hose has a ball valve set up.
