We have a KINGSLINGER soft wash system skid ready to go to one of our raving fans.  In this video post, I want to answer some recent questions about PLUMBING TANKS WITH UNISEALS.  These uniseals come in a wide variety of sizes, and are available individually apart from the plumbing kit.  The sizes are 1/2, 3/4, 3/8, 1, 1 1/2, and 2 inch.  You will see that we also use bulkheads for plumbing tanks as well.  In this case, that is for the water fill tank.  I explain this aspect at the 2:00 time stamp along with details about the drop stick tubing.  But you must be aware that vibration from driving creates swaying and possible cracking in that particular location.  This means air leaks occur as a result of those cracks.  When this happens, you'll notice spitting from the gun as you clean or rinse.

HOSE SIZES

PLUMBING TANKS WITH UISEALS you'll need various hose sizes depending on the uniseal size you use.  At the 6:00 timestamp, don't miss the explanation of plumbing for the Flow Pro Remote with a 1/2 uniseal.  But the Flow Pro Remote has 1/4 inch hose.  So we take a 1/2 inch clear braid hose, and cut a 4-5 inch small piece.  We use this small piece almost like an "adapter" running the 1/4 hose through that small piece.  This is how it is set up for both the water tank and the bleach tank.  The main purpose for using all these uniseals is they are the most effective strategy to prevent air leaks.  I highly recommend PLUMBING TANKS WITH UNISEALS.
