Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase.  We appreciate your business very much and want to help you succeed in this industry.  


Please help us assist you by asking all the questions you need to make your purchase decision. We will answer all of those investigative questions honestly, thoroughly, and completely. We want to help you fully and completely understand the item you are purchasing.



We do not accept returns and/or offer refunds on items you purchase.

At the sole discretion of, we may permit you to return unused, non-customized stock items for a refund of the product price less a 20% restocking fee. Custom-built equipment is not returnable for any reason. 


Please inspect your shipment immediately when it arrives. If you receive merchandise that arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at  If you think the item is defective you will need to ship it back to us at your expense. Once we inspect and determine the item is defective, we will ship you a replacement.  No refunds are given on items you think may be defective after they have been used. 

Injectors, nozzles, fittings, guns, hoses, pretty much anything we use in this business are going to fail and or wear out and are not returnable.   Always keep spares, as there’s no warranty on them.  As I always say, make sure you have back ups to the back ups.


My training school and retail store are for assisting new start up businesses and existing businesses that have invested in training and equipment for the exterior cleaning industry.  I strongly encourage you to find a qualified, insured contractor in your area to take on your exterior cleaning projects.
If you do decide to purchase from me, please know and understand the items you are using, how to use them, fittings you need, assembling your items, etc.  I do not offer training or instructions, after the sale to homeowners, and as stated above, we do not offer refunds on items purchased.
