I prefer to use one wire hose, simply because it’s easier to use and handle.  Doesn’t wear you out like the heavier two wire hoses we used to use.

Over the years, I have found that the little bit of extra time you get out of the two-wire hoses just aren’t worth it in cost.  I’d much rather use a lighter weight hose that doesn’t wear on me, pay a little less, and change them out just a little more frequently.

Be aware of hoses that are labeled non marking.  Every pressure washing hose I have used labeled non marking has left marks.  Especially black hoses.  They were always the worse for me. This hose is no different, HOWEVER, the only time this hose has ever left marks is on a white pool deck, and then on only a few of them.  I think it has more to do with the type of coating on those deck’s than this hose.  I think this, because it does not leave marks on every white pool deck we have cleaned.  Just a handful, if that.  But, it was very easy to rinse the markings off.  So, this hose definitely leaves way, way, way less marks than other blue hoses I have used. And it’s never left marks on driveways, flagstone, travertine, brick pavers, or any other surface.
